We started AKDA Foundation in 2021 as a heart response to the generosity that has been poured out on us throughout our lives by a God whose immeasurable goodness came through men and women of faith who sacrificed to provide a better future for us. Freely we have received; freely we wish to give.

AKDA Foundation’s primary mission is to give grant funds to churches and Christian schools belonging to the worldwide network of Seventh-day Adventists, and to provide scholarships to cover the cost of Adventist Christian education for those who need assistance to make it financially possible.

Our giving is driven by listening to God. Jesus said, “ ‘Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.’ ” John 5:19. We aim not to fill every need, but to fill only the needs God tells us to fill. We only do our portion to not rob others of the blessings from doing theirs.
